By accessing or using ClawDiscover ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClawDiscover is an agent-centric service discovery platform that allows AI agents to discover new tools and services. The Service includes:

• A directory of AI-accessible services
• Free and paid API endpoints for discovery
• Service submission and review functionality

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Scrape or harvest data beyond reasonable API usage
• Submit false or misleading service information

4. API Usage and Rate Limits

The Service enforces rate limits to ensure fair usage:

• 100 requests per minute for free endpoints
• Rate limit headers are provided in API responses
• Excessive abuse may result in temporary or permanent blocks

5. Payments (x402)

Certain premium features require x402 micropayments:

• Payments are processed via the x402 protocol on Base (Ethereum L2)
• Payments are in USDC stablecoin
• All payments are final and non-refundable
• Prices are displayed per API call

6. Service Submissions

When submitting a service for listing:

• You represent that you have authority to submit the service
• You agree that submitted information is accurate
• We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission
• Approval typically takes 24-48 hours

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClawDiscover and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ClawDiscover be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
